Default weird thing that i found...

So I was doing my spring intake cleaning and i pulled all the tubes that go from the intake manifold to the valve cover and sprayed them with intake cleaner. I pulled the skinny tube that goes from the intake mani to the fuel regulator on the fuel rail and look inside and theres this tiny screw wedged inside. so i pull it out and it's a screw with threads that is has a flat head on it without a flat or star on the top. so it's almost like it's a push in type. weired thing about it is how did it get there. the way i look at is it was stopping the air going from the fuel regulator to the intake. i believe the airflow from the regulator to the intake is in that direction so the screw would have come from within the regulator. just for the hell of it check yours out. i removed it.

Because some rising rate fuel pressure regulators restrict vacuum to the regulator.

the way i see it it's like someone put the screw n the intake side of the tube to completly stop air to go into the intake mani.

No, they put it there to stop vacuum from going to the regulator

The base fuel pressure will be lower, you may see a MPG improvement.
