Weird squeaking sound...

I dont have an intake but I did block the resonator on the stock box. I have a similar noise but it only happens aruond 3,000 rpm given about 100-200 rpm. Past that point nothin really happens. I dont really care anymore and Im guessing its normal. Good luck.

as mentioned even the stock intake can cause a whistle. I have a whistle around 3k rpm from the stock setup. Its very high pitched and sort of like a chirp chirp.

I also have developed this whistle. I have a K&N CAI which has been in place for about a year now and this whistle just started. I can reproduce this noise when driving only at around 3200 rpm. This noise also is produced when the car is in any gear but 1st and reverse. I am in the process of installing a new set of billet aluminum pulleys and serpentine belt. If the sound does not go a way then I will be looking at cleaning up the air intake filter.
