Default weird problem

hey guys, this is not really a problem just something weird with my car. I have a act clutch kit with a toda flywheel. The clutch will be stiff for a while then all of a sudden it will feel noticeably softer and it goes back and forth like that. I was just wondering y the clutch pedal feel changes so much on my car. Also when the clutch is stiffer, the gear stick has more resistance when shifting, and when my clutch feels softer the gears just go in very easily and feels kinda sloppy with almost no resistance. What could cause it to vary so much. thanks guys

My ACT used to do the exact same thing. It was stiff for a while, got out of the car while running to talk to someone, got back in and it was super easy.

A little grease on the fork tips where it contacts the bearing helps alot. You'll need to pull the slave cyl (leave the line connected) and boot to get at it.

wow, thanks. i have been wondering for so long now why it does that. I prefer when its stiff, when u grease the fork tips like you said it gives it a more consistant feel on the stiffer or softer side? lol
