Weird Noise (Engine)

Weird Noise (Engine)
I was involved in a wreck last month. I got the passenger side fender replaced, along with the front bumper, and the passenger door.
The car used to run fine before the accident, and to my knowledge there was no damage to the engine when I was involved in the wreck. It was mostly, if not all, just body work. They did end up replacing the passenger side control arm and the passenger side wheel was also bent.
Now after getting the car back, this is sound that I'm hearing (Clip below)
The guys at the body shop cannot figure out where it's coming from. I took it to Honda, and they didn't have a lift low enough to lift my car up and check under the hood.
However, they did tell me that the transmission is fine since it's shifting normally and the motor is still good. I can drive it and it drives fine, but this sound.. What could it be.
In the clip the car is parked and I'm revving the engine so you can hear what it sounds like. Thanks. All help is appreciated.

When I'm driving, and the RPM is over 4000, I can't hear it. But when the car comes back to a stop, it sounds crazy. Someone told me that something might have been stuck in the oil pan and it keeps moving around. How would something get in there? I finally found a Honda mechanic in Houston that owns the s2000 himself. He said he will be more than happy to figure out what the problem is. Taking the car to him this Monday. Will keep you guys updated. Thanks!
