Sounds just like an open line somewhere going to the intake manifold as I suggested earlier....especially since you're not getting a check engine light. That rules out any electrical sensors. There are many lines under the manifold and a few in the back of the manifold that you should double check....

I'm having the exact same idle issue on my 03. I cleaned the IACV a while back and it still does this. It didn't happen that often back when I cleaned it, and then recently it does it every time the car sits for more than an hour or so. Once the car is warmed up it stops and idles at 1000 perfectly. I also replaced the PCV valve and it didn't help. Any suggestions? Did you end up purchasing a new IACV?

mine does the same if its cold i will crank it drive it, if i come to a stop sign or light, push in the clutch to stop it will bog all the way down and eventually cut off or the rpms will drop, and it will studder, i've twist tied the map sensor on the intake and all my hoses seem to be fine
