Weak spark?

Weak spark?
How can i find out if i have weak spark? I'm building a pretty big project and can't get this car to start. So I'm trying to eliminate the possibilities.
Pulled the coil and held it near the engine block. It sparks.... looks a bit weak thoguh, however i don't really knwo what i'm looking for....
I did relocate the battery.... But I checked all my grounds.

IIRC u can tell if a spark is weak by the color of the arc.Boy had to search way back in my memory for dat one 
Correct me if I'm wrong but,orange/yellow=weak white/blue=strong.

If you could see the spark it should (key word is should) be enough to ignite the air fuel mixture. I dont think your problems spark I would look elsewhere. As far as telling if you have weak spark, Im not sure about just looking at the spark but you can tell with a engine oscilloscope. No a easy tool to come by. Or a spark plug tester.
