Default Water in my wheel well

I've had a problem that's been driving me nuts for months now. haha. everytime it rains, a puddle of water collects at the bottom of my wheel well. When I put in my wide body and sliced up my quarter panel, I glassed everything up and the only holes exposed are the three that the rear bumper spacers go onto. 22 and 23

so i have no idea how so much water gets in every time... if anyone can offer advice how i can best track down the leak please let me know. thanks.

front of the rear wheel ? wouldn't that be the top drain ? there is a drain line from the convertible top in that area.

What about the vent behind the bumper? I'll see if I can dig up a thread that talks about it...

Edit: That was easier than I thought. Who says the Search sucks on this board?
