Have you been running the air conditioning lately? On a hot, humid afternoon, drive the car for a while with the air conditioning on. Then park the car for about 15 minutes. There should be a puddle of water on the pavement, approximately under where the passenger's feet would be. If there's no water on the ground, the drain from the A/C evaporator under the dash is probably clogged. Do you hear any splashing sounds from under the dash? Does the A/C sometimes blow "smoke" (water vapor) out of the vents?

This could also be something completely different, but I'd make sure the A/C drains properly before looking at other things.
