Default Water leak from driver's side rubber gasket

So after past few rains I noticed that water collects inside the big rubber gasket that is attached to the top (the one that meets with the window). When this gasket is full of water, it starts dripping from the sides and every time I slam the door all the water goes right into my face In order to drain water from inside I have to open the top half way so that gasket is vertical to the ground, its very annoying.

Anyone know how water gets inside there ? I've done a visual check and didnt find anything broken.

Maybe you could remove gasket, clean it inside and put some grease in it.
I did it on mine, no more water leak

Thanks....yeah, I've cleaned them before without removing. I only have 46k miles too. I can troubleshoot a normal leak of course, its just with this one water gets inside the gasket itself (not inside the car) and after the gasket is full, then it drips onto the seats. It collects alot of water there too.

Use shin itzu grease, It will 'puff' up the seals. as they dry they shrink. Best bet replace them they're cheap enough and start using grease spring & fall.

You should remove it and apply grease inside the gasket or on the rail that holds the gasket
