I bought a new battery from the dealer last winter(kept the receipt)
I had it hooked to a battery tender for most of the winter till April when the car was drove frequently.
Parked it 2 weeks ago and now its dead.(nothing was left on )
Will Honda replace it straight up? or is there a dumb stipulation where the battery needs to try and be recharged first and then tested???

They test and prorate if it needs replacing if not they charge and send you on your way

It probably depends on the dealer and how well they know you and if you are a good customer. Most battery warranties are pro-rated. I would expect them to test it and examine it. It think there is a lot of fine print when it comes to battery warranties, but take it back and let them have their way with it and see what they say.
