Warming up
So for as long as I've known what a car is I've followed religiously the old advice of not driving till the car has warmed up. I recently read an article stating that with newer cars my00+ you don't need to do that, all you need to do is wait 30 seconds or more for the oil to circulate in the engine and drive it easy till it reaches temp additionally it also says the best way to warm your car up is by driving it. Anyway I'm kinda set in my ways, but I want to know what other S owners do

This is exactly how I do it.
Edit: 30 seconds is a long time. I don't wait anywhere near that long. Basically, if the oil light is off, I'm ready to move.

Allow the car to run until the engine does that RPM dip thing. It will dip and then jump back up. That is when I start driving.
I wait until the car reaches 190*F and then about 5-10 more minutes before I run the car into VTEC or drive it hard.

Otherwise start er up and go.
The fallacy on wait and warm up is inefficient and if you drive moderatley until you get to temp is better overall.
