Aftermarket engine mounts? Second order vibration is normal from almost any 4 cylinder engine, but if it's very noticeable it's likely a bad mount or very stiff aftermarket mounts.

On the idle vibration issue, how old are your sparkplugs ?

Stock mounts. It's not terribly noticeable. I think I will just ignore it for now and see if it gets worse. It's really almost nothing at all.

Less than 3k miles. NGK 7772's.
Would a spark plug throw a code if it was having some sort of issue?

only if you had a misfire. Double check the torque on the plugs - 18-20 ft lbs. to be safe.

I did have a misfire before, then I changed the plugs to new ones.
Then one day about 2k miles later I did get another misfire code (same cylinder) but it was right after I filled up my tank so I attributed it to bad gas.
I then got another misfire (same cylinder again) immediately after cranking the car after I filled up the tank and put in a bottle of chevron intake valve and fuel injector cleaner - so I attributed it to that.
I swapped the #3 coil pack with #1 to see if it was the coil pack. I haven't had any codes for another 2k miles so not sue if it's the coil pack or not yet.

Shouldn't be plugs since it was the same before and after new plugs right? And the old plugs didn't look bad.

Edit: I did torque the plugs down properly originally.
