I don't own a vtech phone but how does the dial tone sound? Does vtech kick in as well like vtec? Probably does when you speed dial right?

If you dont think its kicking in as good, make sure you have enough oil, cuz oil is needed to use VTEC.

Oh btw, if all else fails then get your hearing check. You might be listening to much to the vtech kicking in. Oh and how do you top off the oil on it anyway?

To the post starter, maybe you need a diy on how to change oil on your vtech phone? If anyone can help a guy out that'll be great, I myself don't know cuz I don't own a one. Btw, you can call Honda and see what they recommend ...

Oil is good. I changed to Mobile 1 last month and checked it last week.

If you hold your ear against the bottom of the VTEC valve as it engages (6,000 RPM under load) you'll hear it engage (if you're survive the ride).

Actually, Modifry's free mod (somebody posted a link above) is pretty cool.

Survive the ride on the phone? Oh and mobile 1 on a phone, tyte... I gotta try that on my cell phone, you think that'll work or does it only work on actually vtech phones?

vtec...all the turbo lagg with out the turbo boost.
