Default vtec wont engage, check engine lights on

guys, i just installed my Vafc II yesterday with dyno tuned. Today, my check engine light came on, and vtec wont engage, but after like 2-3 hrs, check engine lights went off, and vtec be able to engage again. I have no idea of whats going on??? well, i was kinda cruised with my vtec on for bout 5-10sec due to traffic. Is that the reason why?? please help!!!

Either you have a bad wiring connection to the VAFC, or your settings are causing the CEL.

If wiring is 100% could be a faulty unit..

All your settings correct?
