I'll do one for you. Take a 10mm socket or wrench, remove the bolts on top of the vtec solenoid, pull solenoid, replace gasket, tighten bolts to 8.7ft lbs or until you feel resistance with a 3/8th ratchet. The hardest part is to not overtighten the bolts. Good luck

Ballade Sports makes one for the VTEC solenoid. I can't see pics of anything people posted here but this may be it...

Alex at Ballade replaced my old one with hondabond with this one and it works perfectly! No more nasty oil residue around the VTEC solenoid.
