The bolt ons MAY have a max improvement of 10-15hp, but like most people without a proper tune they put out less power.
No way 210-220hp car is beating an m3 after their move to the 3.2 motor. If it's the 500hp v8 there is no f'n way without boost.

The oil isn't going to change how vtec engages or works, so that is a bunch of bs that he is saying..
Yes with those bolt ons, it is possible to hit around a mid 13 with a perfect launch, great tires, perfect shifts, and perfect weather conditions, ect.. There is no way he can run a 12 with just those bolt ons though. Maybe if he has a 50-75 shot of nitrous that he is keeping a secret..
