Default VSA Light Won't Respond to VSA Switch..?

So my VSA light comes on and off by itself.. and it never responds to the VSA switch. I bought the car used and it has always been like that. I'm not sure if this is due to a sensor not working properly or it might be an electrical issue..? Can someone please tell me where to check? I honestly do not have much knowledge with anything "under the hood"/mechanical.

Low brake fluid can cause it to flash on and off. Could be worth giving that a look.

Sounds like you should take it to a shop then. Do you think you're up for dealing with sensor or electrical issues if you don't have much under the hood knowledge?
