Default VSA Light and poor performance

I recently had my VSA light come on the car starts to sputter. I checked the manual and it said to turn the car off then on again and that seemed to work but it is now happening more often. Anyone have any idea what the issue might be? I also have the CEL on and it is pulling 4 codes so I already know I need to replace my O2 sensors again. The codes are P0420, P0141, P2138 and then P0141 again.

Thanks!

Try these threads.
P2138 - https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/802154-cel-p2138/
P0141 - https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/101...nk-1-sensor-2/
P0420 is cat efficiency error code.

I wonder if your APP sensor is bad and your catconv has deteriorated.

Thanks, I had the car checked out by Honda Dealer and it looks like I have to replace the CAT Converter and O2 sensor.
I am looking for a cheaper alternative to having the dealer replace it at $1400+

Catconv delete pipe (Test Pipe) - $100
New rear O2 sensor - $100
Spark plug anti-foulers to move the O2 sensor out of the exhaust stream so it doesn't set the CEL - $5

If a test pipe isn't in the cards due to emissions/inspections, you can go with a high flow cat. Berk's HFC's are 49 state compliant. And will only run you a few hundred

This is just to give you the info, I would find a reputable vendor as the price would probably be a little cheaper.
