Vortech supercharger 340HP on wheels but too lean! Do not know why?

First off, you should have boost before VTEC, that is normal(it starts about 4500 RPM's).
As far as your problem goes, all I can think of is that your FMU is bad or maybe you have a different size pulley. If it's making more boost, then you would have to have a smaller pulley, right? Maybe they sent you the wrong one. I can't think of another way to make more boost except by taking out the aftercooler and bypassing it.

If your saying your max boost is 7.5 psi then your making the same amount of boost as all the other Vortech kits. The standard boost level for the Vortech kit is 7-8 psi. 345 WHP for a stock kit is really high. You should make sure your tunners dyno isn't messed up cause his tunning skills are if he's saying your kit is making more boost than all the other kits.
