Well I was at the dyno for a few hours today. This is what people on this board want and like to see.

294.7 hp and 179.1 was the first run with a 16.0 a/f spike at 6500 RPM's the standard Vortech FMU runs way too lean for my car, avg 14.X

2,3,4,5,6 heat soaked runs later and lowering the vtec engagement with stabilizing the a/f we were at 285.X with a/f 12.3 and a 13.0 max spike. Vtec engagement was set to 5400. There was about 22 whp gained at 6500, the over all gain actually was very broad starting at From 5400 ending at 8400.

On the 7th run we let the car cool off for 2 hours. 297.9 whp and 181.4 ftlbs with vtec engagement lowered to 5400

VAFC, DC Sports header, JIC single outlet full ti exhaust and a new AEM filter that I had laying around in the garage, it was clamped on the end of the elbow like turbo set ups. I also had 17" ASA FR1's on the car. The filter/air box that came with the kit is too small and restrictive.

It was 98 degrees in the garage and humidity was fairly high today due to recent off and on showers.

The torque curve was the most dramatic gain out of the tuning session.





I haven't found out the answer to the above question. I do here the BOV sound off as early as 3K at part throttle in 1st gear..
