recent update was I called them back again and asked to speak to the manager.

He is now suggesting that I just buy the body of the BOV for $75.00

Hes got to be smoking crack. As if the body of the BOV went through wear and tear. In the first place they owed me that polished BOV so all I'd be doing is giving them an unpolished BOV...

Vortech makes nice superchargers, but their service and satisfaction stinks big time.

You could always strip the anodizing and polish it yourself for a lot less $$$$$.

Actually I dont mind the blue anodized top, but its the unpolished body that I never liked.
