@ kevin, if you want more mid-power, you can even buy the DC-Sports header if you want, which is the ceramic one that i sell the most. It is not expensive and should work fine with your exhaust line which is coming at your direction very soon 
The DC header is ceramic coated and gives more flow and less temperature inside which result in better gain ad mid-range. If you are looking for a good system and not to pricy, go for the DC header ! The toda is a lot more expensive and gives not more than between 5-8 horspower, but gives more at peak ! It is up to you what you want, but as i could conclude out of your message, you need a good system which is not to expensive but worth his money... right ? Hope you have the info you've needed...?
Concerning the differential, please feel free to take a look at the webshop under "Spoon", they have a lot of possibillities for the "S" also.

I just reread your post, you say they dynoed in sixth gear?
That means at 9000 RPM (peak boost/power) your car must have been traveling at close to 275KPH on the dyno!
Where you there to watch when the dyno was done?
My car was dynoed in 5th. gear and topped out at about 220KPH at 9000 RPM.

Kevin we set the limit 8,700 rpm and I am using 4:44 final ratio, max speed is 250 km/h I do not remember the exact speed becasue I was sitting on the trunk due to the car was skiding
my engine has only 10,000 km it is new.

I also had two people sitting in the trunk and two in the car just to stop the wheels spinning when the car hit VTEC.
