Vibration when accelerating

Just reread your post and it does sound like axle pitting. I was doing some reasearch about the DSS axles for the S2k and found some not so good reviews. A fairly quick thing for you to try is the T1R axle spacers.
My issue is different. My noise sounded like a rear wheel bearing so I have replaced both rear wheel bearings, hubs, and found some used low mileage axles and paired them with my old T1R spacers and the noise/vibration continues. I'm pretty sure it's drivetrain related because if I put the car in neutral the noise/vibration goes away.
I remember quite a while back I thought I noticed some fluid leaking out of the rear diff mounts, but just attributed it to left over remains of the coyote I had hit. I'm wondering if bad diff mounts could have enough play to cause noise/vibration.
Another thing I noticed is that mine used to only happen at 90+ speeds but I replaced the motor/trans/clutch/motor mounts and now it is happening at 45+ speeds. My motor mounts were done!

I figured mine out. It was the diff. I think a few years ago (100k+ mi) when I originally had my 4.77s installed they were not shimmed properly. The inner parts of the teeth on the ring and the outer parts of the teeth on the pinion were worn away. I had new gears put in and a full rebuild and my car is super smooth and very quiet now.
That's just my personal experience, your results may vary.

Sorry I haven't posted anything more here, but my car hasn't been used for over 2 months as I have changed the engine, waited for some parts and is getting it tuned now.
1FastS2K, did you have light vibration as well? And was it all the time, or just when accelerating?
