Culprit was a partially-seized front right brake caliper.

I guess I didn't get exact details, but I would guess that either the inner or outer brake pad was in contact with the rotor at all times. After several minutes of high speed driving, the whole system would heat up (unevenly) to the point where a vibration was produced. Maybe the surface of the rotor itself was uneven at that point, thus causing the vibration? Not sure.
