Prolly not throw-out bearing. Perhaps, tranny input shaft bearing issues.

I had the transmission out and there was no play or any weird noises when I spun the input shaft by hand. I'm doubting it myself. Car ran perfect before I swapped in all the new hardware.

Well I ripped everything out. Replaced the clutch release bearing guide. Greased everything up (as I didn't see anything wrong) and put it all back together. No issues. Weird....
