Vibration rpm dependent.

Vibration rpm dependent.
So recently I replaced the clutch and flywheel in my 2007 s2000. Installed a brand new ap1 flywheel along with a factory exedy replacement clutch kit (big mistake, I know). About a week later the provided clutch release bearing basically destroyed itself and decided to rip everything back out and replace it with all new OEM hardware. Reinstalled and buttoned everything back up and the car drove great.
Few minutes after the car had warmed up, I started getting a faint vibration, almost as if a rear wheel was imbalanced. This vibration would occur not with higher speed, but with higher rpm as well as the new release bearing making a whirring noise, as if it were an old worn out one.Now I remember that properly lubricating the release bearing is a must. I used some high temp grease on the bearing but was too afraid to put too much as I didn't want any to get on the friction material. Is the lack of lubrication a possibility for the vibration? Both engine and transmission mounts were replaced along with the clutch job. If this is in the wrong subforum, I apologize. A mod can move it to whichever section is more appropriate. Thank you in advance!

Was there any damage to the flywheel?

Is there a sound along with the vibration? Is it coming from under your shifter, in front of you, or the rear?
