Roger that billman. By switching them you do mean drivers to passenger and vice versa correct?

Yes. Just the buckets. Axles can't be switched as they are different lengths.
Remove axles, stand straight up, undo band clamp with pliers (great clamps, on and off super easy, definitely re-use them) lift buckets straight up and swap. If the axles are not straight up the bearing will fall off, and be quite messy.

Hope not to expensive!
I hope thats the problem otherwise I'll be spending money on the wrong thing. I'll call Honda now for a quote.

A mechanic will not be able to diagnose it, but you will

I can do the job in under an hour. First time guy should be under 2 hrs.

Do the road test...

Hey Billman, I just got off the phone with honda and they are really confused as to what "cv buckets" are. Is it the same as the outer cv joints?? He also said I may need a "boot kit"? Can you clarify for me? I was trying to get a labor price quote

Honda is useless. Find an independent guy to do the swap. This is not a honda job. They are not familiar and will make no money on parts.
