Default Very Wierd Starter Issue

So i had my S for about 2 months now and I have been coming across a problem that happens every once in a while. Now I have read most of the starter issues in the forums and didnt really find something as described as mine. So as i was saying on a random moment the starter seems like it dosent get juice at all...

I turn the key to ON and here the fuel pump, Then press and hold the Start Button and here an in-dash click sound and the fuel pump on again. No gring no solenoid engageing notin after that.

Sometimes i held the Start Button long enough then it will start up. But when this situation happens i have to usually Push Start my Car. Kinda gettin annoying now.

My problem as i said has been happening off and on like it might happen once every too weeks or 2 times a week but kinda lame.

What i am going to do is check the connections to the starter. Thought it might be wiring or heard about a relay.

What i do know is that my battery is good and the Key Immobiliser in not the problem.

any other suggestions would be great only Problem is im on a tight budget so my only hope is that i dont have to replace the starter in all.

Thanks for everyones help. Im not stupid with cars just think technology can conquer man sometimes.

1 single click = bad starter
many clicks = bad battery

Put a meter on the starter relay to see if you get the 12V signal at the relay coil when the start button is pressed. If that's OK, check the ground for the relay coil. If that's OK, check to see if 12V is always going to the common contact on the relay. If that's OK, check to see if the 12V is making it through the Normally Open contact to the starter. If that's OK, check the terminal connections on the starter for the 12V line from the relay AND the ground strap. If all that's OK, replace the starter.

If it comes down to replacing it, try to rebuild it, they are pretty easy to do, and generally it take less than an hour, as long as nothing is broken.

Your local toyota dealership may be the best bet on rebuilding the starter. They stock a lot of Denso rebuild kits. I've repaired my teg's starter that way. Set me back around $20.
