Default Very subtle misfire under acceleration

So recently my car had to undergo some repairs because a couple of spark plugs started to back out, One of them actually was mission the electrode it had melted.. The spark plug tube seal on one of them had also crackeed from the heat from the spark plugs leaking combustion so all the threads were repaired and spark plugs replaced.. Compression test was done as well and the #1 80/220 #2 80/210 #3 80/215 #4 80/210..

Now since getting it back I noticed tonight that I get a slight misfire at freeway speeds under acceleration. Its hardly noticeable but I know what to look for and it's definitely misfiring just not throwing any codes. Would this be a sign that a coil pack would be going bad? Or just doesn't have a good connection?? I plan on taking them off tomorrow to further examine them but I just hope that with the plugs backing out the they didn't destroy one of the coilpacks. Anyone ever hear of this happening and knowing what the culprit is???

I assume none of it actually came off as they said it just melted a little bit. I'll have to call them up and ask them though.
