I spray a 200 wet shot all day long on an LS6, stock bottom end, but with rings and bearings. The safe/unsafe point is all relative. On an F20C, which uses a MAP sensor, a dry shot is a bit more safe - if there is such a thing. The MAP is a very accurate load sensor.

Injectors can be "overclocked" by increasing your fuel pressure, but not by much. The stock pieces can handle a 75 dry shot just fine, as long as the computer knows what's going on. Make sure you tap into the upstream O2 sensor.

As SMOOTH suggested, I would start with the smallest jets. Put your car on the dyno, hook up a scan tool, and freeze frame right before you spray. Pay attention to STFT and LTFT (counts and/or percentage), and particularly the injector pulse width. If LTFT gets past 10% in either direction, you're running way too lean or way too rich, and you'll probably get a CEL. Obviously, you'll need to back off on the nitrous, or at least tune it better. If LTFT doesn't max out at +/- 10% you can jump up the size of the shot in small increments.

You're using a WOT activation switch, and an rpm kill switch(?), but what are you using for your arming switch?

I'm sorry, I meant dry shot - not wet.

Alex, why do you think dry kits work better on MAP sensored cars?
