Default Venom NOS Screwup! Help!

Ok guys and galls, so I decide that stock speed isn't going to cut it. I call up Venom and order the NOS kit for my S2000. I receive it and installation is going great, until all the way at the end the instructions tell me to connect their computer to my O2 sensor. Here's where it gets fishy.

The instructions said to connect the white wire on their harness with the white wire on my header's O2 sensor. I got under the car and there are two white wires going into the O2 sensor.

It gets worse...

So I read on in the instructions, which say that if you don't know which wire to tap into, just use a digital ohm meter, and find the wire that gives between 0-1 volts while running. So, I put the car up on jackstands, start it, and probe the wires. While doing this I burn my wrist, and ground out my O2 sensor, which trips the Check Engine Light!!!!!!! Now it won't turn off, and I don't know what I've done. Plus I still don't know which wire to hook up to my NOS!!!!!

Any help?

Have you reset your ECU? If not go here:

That should take car of the CEL. And try testing the wires again with the ohm meter but try not to burn yourself that should help with the which wire question

If your using an ohm meter that could be part of the problem. I'd use a voltmeter.
FYI: The O2 sensor needs to be hot before it puts out a strong signal. That's why most O2 sensors now have 3 or more wires as one wire has 12V to warm the sensor to temp quicker.

You need to wire it up at the ECU and not under the car. You should use the primary O2 sensor but I guess you should check their instructions on which one.

OK, at the ECU:

Primary O2 - C16 - Connector "C" pin 16 - White Wire
Secondary O2 - C15 - Connector "C" pin 15 - White/red Wire

Thinking more on this:

I would use the secondary O2 as not to interfere with ECU closed loop operation with the primary.

Yeah, I reset the ECU (I learned that trick from my 99 SI) but the light kicked right back on. I'm pretty sure I damaged the O2 sensor. Which really sucks, because now I'm going to have to fork out 200 bucks for a new one....
