Default Valve seals? blown head gasket and oil in the IM

I blew the head gasket on my car recently and there the worse burnt oil smell and the pistons had alot of carbon buildup of burned oil, there is some oil on the intake manifold runners and when it happened there was smoke coming out the throtte body since I removed the intake right after.
please share some input if you know what your talking about.

if you have never cleaned your intake manifold than the oil inside is probably normal (unless it is excessive oil). the factory crankcase vents have a tendency to send oil into your intake and intake manifold (its the reason for catch cans) how many miles on the motor, did anything happen to cause the blown headgasket and how did the spark plugs look? the smoke from the intake sounds like bad rings.
