Default Valve lashed X2/ replaced oem TCT 148k loud tick!!!

I bought the car and it needed a valve lash that was audible slightly. I was accelerating up to speed on a on ramp (85-90mph) and a distinct louder tick started. So I kept the revs down and detoured back home the 25min commute. Waited till morning and inspected valve train and valve lashed. Noticed it was still distinct afterwards and waited till new tct arrived. Lashed again. (.08/.010) installed new tct and it’s still doing it. I let it get to operating temp and went on a small drive but it’s still there. Not as dominant with new tct but definitely audible. Attached is video. Should I lash again? Anything else to check for? Was going to boroscope and check to see if bent valves or something. Next I was going to replace valve springs and new timing chain/assembly

Piston slap? What happens when you rev the engine?

Engine seems to be moving quite a bit while the car is idling?

also, get rid of that white oil filter and get OEM Honda oil filter.

Did the measured valve lash change when you did it the 2nd time? Was it way off the 1st time?

There's got to be a reason you're considering doing the valve adjustment a 3rd time instead of moving on to a different solution. Are you not confident in your result or are you questioning your method?

What is the condition of the oil? Any metal flakes?

Is the heathe-to-engine block strap broken? Are your motor mounts broken?

What else have you checked besides valve lash?

I own a few Hondas, each time yielded different results. I didn’t do 14ftlbs I snugged em tight and the first time I did it, I think I did one and four TDC and then two and three 180 out and then the second time I think I did each cylinder at 90° per lash cylinder. Where’s the heathe to block? I did notice weaa a r on timing chain. So idk if a cam skipped a tooth via chain. I was in a rush to get it done and overly anticipated to know motor wasn’t toast. The motor doesn’t smoke so I have a good idea that the exhaust valves are good. And I didn’t see any abnormal wear in the valvetrain. It only today made me feel like it may have a piston slap

If the noise changes or becomes quieter with engine rev, it could be piston slap.

Is the noise more apparent or different when the engine is cold versus hot?

-definitely not tct
-if it was valve lash, you would have had to screw up real bad (a valve set to .020 or more)
-sounds like a low end knock. That is not normal, and not piston slap.

all the noise is up above though that’s what I don’t understand it’s in the valve train. It doesn’t stall on its face
