The reason your engine is misfiring is because the valve dropped slightly into the combustion chamber, in doing so it probably hit the top of the piston and it bent. The only way to fix this is to remove the head and replace the valve. I suggest you let a professional inspect it and also do the work. DON'T run the engine like this because you could cause further damage.
