Valve cover Squeaking?

Valve cover Squeaking?
I got this squeaking sound coming from what seems to be either under the spark plug cover or under the valve cover. It sounds much like a squeaking belt pulley, but I checked them and lubed them up. The sound seems to be coming from the front of the block near the spark plug/valve cover. Currently it is most notable on a cold start up 2-3 minutes after start up, once it is given gas the sound starts to fade away and is not heard until another cold start up. It's annoying me alot. I can't think of anything that would squeak under there, any IDEAS anybody? It has 45k on the odometer.

Maybe the seals on the tubes that go into the head for the spark plugs... Those have been known to chirp or squeak. Try opening the oil cap a turn or take the dip stick out... does it still make the sound?

On my car I had the paper sticker thats right behind the crank pulley peel and curl out, and was slightly touching the crank pulley, giving a squeaking noise like a belt noise.
