Default Valve cover seals and bolts

Ok guys so i got my S2k from someone who obviously lacked points in the TLC dept. I recently rebuilt the head. The valve cover seals dont seem to SEAL!! and i cannot find the right bolts for this thing. ALSO there is one that seems to be extra long making it impossible to fit just one valve cover seal effectively. Any help would be appreciated i can provide pics if need be.

i'm not sure what you're asking. i just changed my gasket a few days ago, all of my bolts (the main 5 on the top) were the same length. try explaining your problem a little more...
