Valve Adjustment Tool
I've had a few issues with the lock nuts on the valve adjustment coming loose. It's particularly difficult on the exhaust side as the turbo restricts access to the lock nuts and I use a bent spanner to tighten them. Apparently not enough.
My solution.
Buy one of these for $7:
Weld (rather badly) the handle to the outside of the 10mm tube spanner.
A screwdriver fits nicely through the barrel for adjustment and then just tighten the nut.

No torque wrench. You'd need one with an access hole through it for the screwdriver and a hollow extension like the tube spanner.
You realise they are loose when the top end starts making lots of noise.

IMO, do adjustment with a screwdriver+wrench(such as ones you posted or a flex head gear wrench) then tighten with a torque wrench. Afterwards, recheck clearances with feeler. It's a pain in the ass process but better safe than sorry.

You know there is a tool made specifically for this. I just forked out the money for it. I've done so many valve lash adjustments in my time it's paid for itself.

Only difference is that mine is Mac Tools, and I only paid $35 for it.
