You can write down all your setting on a piece of paper. Then Zero everything in, setting it back to normal to see if this solves your problem. This way you can see if it is your settings, or if it is the VAFC itself

This may sound like a dumb ques but How do you differentiate whether its the settings or the VAFC itself if the settings are all put back to zero?

By the way shadow_s2k i have had the VAFC set by two different tuners. The first settingwas very conservative, the second tuner set it more agressive.
The problem started after the first setting, and before that I drove the car for over 2 weeks with the VAFC installed and set to zero without any probs.

We think we found it. Sensor type was set to 01 01. Should be 06 06.

Let's see how it pans out.
