My engine is turning over but won't start. I just installed a VAFC which seems to be working. Any clue, im going to check all the wires again but im almost positive they are good. (double checked when putting in)

One thing that didnt look right is the vtm cable is supposed to be cut and it becomes a straight wire from the vafc to the ecm?

Stab in the Dark ......... Where are you pulling your 12v from? If that circuit is "zeroed" turning starter activation (like the radio) then maybe the MAP signal is too wacky to start. I'd think you'd get a CEL (light) with that though

I have both the red and orange hooked up to pin B1. They are all soldered together, meaning the orange, red and ylw/blk

When i do a sens check i get like .025 throt (open) pres .01 something and cds goes from 4.something -2.

ok...... i took everything out and it still didnt work.i left the excess wire from the power, ground, rpm, throttle splices. Then i removed the excess wire from the splices and it started. Now the key was when it wasnt starting the fans didnt turn on.(with key in on position) what does that mean?

BTW, you REALLY REALLY NEED the VTM wire hooked up. A lot of people don't wire the VTM and they get random CEL lights all the time. I've seen it on several of the atlanta cars. I know that apexi will sometimes tell people they don't need that wire hooked up for our car but mine has it as well as a few friends and we've never had one CEL since.
