vaccum hose routing--HELP

yes i did today and everything was okay, i went up to my buddys shop and they seem to think i shorted the sloenoid out when the wires rubbed one of the pulleys, like its stuck open

so monday im going to order one and i guess we will find out

errr i replaced the solenoid and the light still came back on

can anyone please help me figure this out

i also checked the main air pump fuse and that was still good

i tested the harness to see if it is gettting power and it is,is there anyway the harness to the solenoid is bad/or isnt getting enugh power?
