vaccum hose routing--HELP

That wouldn't cause the p0411. It deals directly with those vacuum hoses and the small air pump under the drivers headlight behind the bumper. if you jack the car up and pull the splash guard from uner the front pumper you will see the pump.. unbolt it and pull it out and inspect it for cracks and holes. Your picture for the hose routing is correct

okay shoot i also forgot to mention that the two wires that run to the solenoid rubbed on one of the pulleys and shreded it
so i wrapped the wires back together and put tape on each of them(you can see in the pic)
also after this happening my air bag light is on
could the check engine light(p0411)/air bag light be on because of what happened and the connection is bad, maybe i should have used conectors? or maybe i shorted out the actual solenoid?
can someone please give me some input on my situation

Hes talking about the white check valve which is that small white connector piece that attaches inbetween the top vac hose the small airbox bolted down at the bottom of the engine bay. But from your first posted picture it is connected correctly
