I asked about this an similar products from a lot of members on these boards and was basically told that any oil additive and/or flush is not the best thing for the motor/gaskets. The best advice was to just do regular oil changes using full syn and that any bad stuff (carbon deposits, sludge, etc.) will naturally come out over time.

Here is my engine looks, about 200k miles on the engine.
Had the valve seals replaced.

You need to tell us what oil you used predominantly ? I'm guessing Mobil1?, that looks amazing

Yes mobil 1 was used from 0 miles to 129k miles. After that till now I have been using castrol.
