U could use regular 10w30 but leave it in there for at least 5k so the motor can break in.

I would run a HD 40wt oil with a ZDDP additive for about 3-4k. I think that this recipe would closely resemble many of factory fills in modern engines. Drain after 3-4k miles, then change to an oil of your liking.

wow thats a long time, instead of just pouring in the oil through the oil cap, maybe open up the valve cover and pour oil all over the valve train, and maybe even rotate the engine slowly a couple of times

i know honda uses a special oil for the break in period, there any way i can buy it? or maybe purchase a quality additive( im assuming this is what zddp is?) I should also use a non synthetic oil correct? and when i was searchin i saw the term DINO oil, whats does that mean? sorry for so many questions guys. I generally want to use the best oil for this particular application so this engine has the best shot at a long healthy life !!

Dino oil is non-synthetic oil. aka, it came from the dinosaurs.

There is no special break-in oil.
The elevated levels of moly found in "first oil change" UOA's is just assembly lube.

IMO a cheap dino 10W-30 or 5W-30 for at least 5k miles is all you need.
You need the rings & FRM cylinder walls and the valve train to "wear".

ZDDP is an anti wear additive, mainly used to prevent wear on flat tappet lifters.
#1 - "we" don't have flat tappet lifters.
#2 - you want to break-in (= wear)

Dino oil is mineral, non synthetic oil.

DINO oil is non-syntethic. When i was researching a while back, i believe it was suggested to use those "high mileage oil" for breaking in a new motor, it has some aditives similar to break in oil? Now i'm not sure if thats 100% true or not, but i don't think it'll do it any harm.

but yea definitely turn your motor a couple of times before actually starting it. As far as rotation i believe its clockwise, I got this from the honda manual when doing a valve adjustment and rotating the engine, it always says to rotate clockwise when moving to the next set of valves.
