Default (URGENT Help) clutch won't bleed after new CMC installed.

my clutch won't bleed after new Clutch master cylinder installed, i try pumping the pedal, see some air bubble coming out from the tank, than the more i pump the pedal , the more stiff gain to the pedal, untill it's stuck all the way up, than i try release the hose plug that goes to the CMC, the pedal went back down n won't come up again .

and i first thought was a bad CMC, than i replace back with the oem , n same problem.

anyone had any clue?

Did you mean to say you were releasing pressure at the CMC? You should be releasing pressure at the slave cylinder.

Do i have to take the cyl8nder out to do that?
Or maybe a vacuum pump will work for pressure bleed out the clutch fluid?

There's a bleed nipple on the slave cylinder to loosen. Google or Youtube the topic if you're unsure as it is a common procedure to manual cars with hydraulic clutch systems.

Don't remember seeing a bleed nipple on the master cylinder itself (for the s2k).

What were the symptoms before you replaced the MC?

If you're loosening the bleed nipple on the clutch slave cylinder all the way and no fluid is coming out, you must have a blockage somewhere in the system. To bleed the clutch, pump the pedal a few times then have someone loosen the bleeder on the slave cylinder, just like bleeding brakes. Do this until no more bubbles come out. There isn't any bleeder on the clutch master cylinder.

try the 2 men method won't work, same problem like the first day,
so me n my buddy figure maybe we should pull the slave cylinder n see if anything is going on there, first didn't notice anything, no leaks no nothing, than untill the slave it's out from the tranny with the nipple plug up side down, i open the plug a little n it started to bleed than, we try that a few time with some pedal pump, than after a few times, untill no bubble, i try to mount the slave back, at the moment while i try to attach to the tranny, the rubber seal around the rod had a big leak of the fluid came out from the slave, so i took it out, n snapped a picture.

the leak came out from the red circle ,from the inside of a rubber seal.

In short:

Unbolt slave
Point bleeder straight up
Pump slave rod in and out, air will come out the master

No need to ever open bleeder.
