Upper Radiator Hose Size
Does anyone know the ID of the upper radiator hose? I need to order a GReddy water temperature sending adapter and they come in 30, 34, 36, and 38 mm sizes. Which one should I order?

Well, the bottom ID then. Does it really make that much of a difference? All we are really interested is what the normal temperature range is and when it gets out of that range. Or am I missing something here?

I think the one that you want is 50mm but I could be wrong...it's been a while since I did it.
I think you are better off tapping into this hose

Can't tap into that hose because I have a Hondata gasket. Maybe I'll tap into the hose that goes to the oil cooler. Ant thoughts on this?

sorry I don't have my car at home with me atm..... otherwise I would have quickly dash out and measure it for you
I am pretty sure it's in the 50's mm (????52mm). I bought the 60mm and it was tooo big so I had to exchanged it a while ago.

The water temp by the oil cooler will be hotter than the average water temp through-out the rest of the cooling system. That's not the best place to tap for accuracy.

I put the sender in the coolant drain plug in the side of the block. No splicing of hoses or adapters required. It also shows block coolant temp versus the temp in the upper hose, which won't be accurate until the thermostat opens.
