The vanes are straight unfortunately....because they are a direct OEM replacement, just cadmuim plated and slotted!
So did they mark them LEFT and RIGHT? I would think the slots should sweep forward .........

yes...they are marked L and R.....you can see in one of the pics the rotor has an L on it....that refers to drivers Left and drivers Right...so that L is on my side, and R is on the passenger side.

I've seen the Spoons at the track they were nice except for the small cracks coming out from all the holes!

The Powerslots are nice and about the same price as OEM. If you are just gonna cruise on the streets and into looks get cross-drilled. If you are into function stay with plain or slotted.

I see it, I think they are wrong ..... let me dig around and see if I can find anything to convince you (so you can convince them). The way I've always thought about it was that you get some planer shifting force on the pads from the slots as they wipe the face of the pads (barber pole style). This planer force is either going to try and push the pad out of the caliper (radially) or pull them in if oriented the other direction. Given the choice, I'd want them pulling the pad in, not trying to eject them out ........ I might be splitting hairs here, I don't know ...... but I'd want the slots swept forward, not back

....come to think of it, I wouldn't want slots at all ...... I wear through a set of pads in one day at some tracks as it is w/o the stinking slot .......

Are you nuts? Stick with quality man, don't get sucked into blingdom. We all know the OE rotors are the best available in stock sizes, cheapest too. The only reason to change would be for looks.
