Yeah with Hids higher the number is the bluer and purpish it goes wich looks ghey..4500k is perfect cuz its alomst the color of pure sunlight..and there is no point of going brighter cuz there isnt any..you can get some hid fog lights to add to the headlights..

i changed my bulbs to the philips ultinons 6000k
they are actually not as bright as the stock hid's, but i love the color of these bulbs when driving.
I would say about %85 to %90 as bright.

you dont see what your hid's look like when driving?
are you not sitting in the drivers seat looking at the road?
