I talked to Willall racing and it might be possible to get a custom made carbon fiber drive shaft for our car also. The penalty is around $3500AUD.

So who want to break into 10sec 1/4 mile

I didnt want to say anything, but ive had to deal with breakage of axles at the outside CV joint & the splines, does this use the stock s2000 outside CV joints and splines?

The output flanges on the vettes makes things a bit difficult.

Vette IRS uses u-jonts, not CV's. You can't mix and match U's and CV's without vibration. Dana 44 IRS would require completely custom axles, instead of a hybrid stock axle.

What is the size of the S2000 Diff (length height etc ). And what is the max size limit for a different diff ?
