I think it happened during that 1.5 minute burnout
I just sold my SRT4, 400whp/tq to a kid semi-local. I get a call saying he broke the motor mount. I drove the car for a year w/NO PROBLEMs, hes had it for two weeks and apparently he doesnt know how to launch "easily".
I think its all in the driver, ie, redline sized clutch drops are no good

no clutch drop here Cody, just heel toeing at the water box. Heating up those Nittos helped with that 1.80 60ft
I called GCG but they could not help me out with Pulse Tuning, so I sent a message over to the other diff company who did the work. Lets see what they have to say about a GB and availability...

Hi Guys,
The diff has been in my car now for about 8 months, there is no vibration,
the honda and nissan axles where cut to size and the pressed in a larger solid sleeve tube, I don't exactly how they do it, mind you that the axles where only a test to see if the inner cv's are strong enough.
Also the axles where balance
We where planing of getting a billet axle custom made once we where happy with results.
I have launched it at 8k with no problem
The diff i think is the same as 300zx, 200sx and GTST.
the mounts are made of a aluminum block, where fabricated to suit the S2000,
we still use the Honda mounts, best to upgrade to mugen mounts as the mounts are stronger.
Tailshaft was very easy to make, any tailshaft place can do that.
Soon Diff Technics will be making a cast of the mounts, and I will change mine also, they hope to mass product the mounts and axles if the price is right and that there is enough interest.
They have a website call www.difftechnics.com.au
or sales@difftechnics.com.au
Cheers

Could you check with Con that this is the correct?
If it's correct, I might be in luck as I can get hold of a 180sx Kaz diff for a good price very quickly It may hopefully speed up my delivery time.
Does anyone know of any carbon fiber tailshaft producer in the US?
My friend just ordered some carbon fiber stuffs for his nissan and they look

Where is xviper when you need him. This needs to be moved to Technical.
I was waiting for a few more posts to make sure this wasn't a company endorsement or a prank. (Just being cautious.)
Moving now.
ps. HEY! I did spend all that time saving, re-sizing, loading to my photo album and posting them back here!
