Thumbs up UOA Report

Just got my UOA back from Blackstone and it looks as though they found higher levels of iron and aluminium than average. They say they hope it will disappear after my next check. Anyone have any experience with these symptoms? Blackstone says hope it goes away, but I'm not one to put my faith in hope.

I keep trying to attach the picture but it tells me that dynamic pages aren't allowed...

UOA Here

The car has been tracked. I get the oil changed by a local honda mechanic who changes the filter with every change. It's conventional 5W-20 oil.

your honda mechanic can't read the oil cap then, K series motor call for 5w20, F series call for 10w30

Change it to 10w30 Castrol GTX and let's see how your next oil analysis goes

I trust my mechanic. He has reasons for what he does. Truthfully, unless you have anecdotal evidence or otherwise that a small viscosity change in oil will cause iron and aluminium to show up in the oil I'm not sure what that answers. I'm just concerned about a future problem with the head that someone may have an answer about.

interesting, I would first trust the people who designed tested and built the car before some certified mechanic, but thats just me.

did you take the sample cold or hot? and after how many analysis did you notice this change?
